The Property Manager will contact you shortly after with information about the property, inspection times, and the application. You are encouraged to bring along the application, and relevant documents to the inspection and hand them in.

Applications are usually processed within 48 hours. You will be contacted via phone call if you are successful, and emailed if your application was unsuccessful this time.

SilverhallPM properties are in high demand. If you miss out on the property you want to rent, we can help you find your next rental from our property list. How? We offer a waitlist. You can add your details to our waiting list for both NRAS properties and private properties.

Adding your details to our waiting list ensures we will contact you as a priority as soon as a property matching your requirements becomes available.
